Sector 34, 122,920 points. I've been trying to get past Sector 30 since the 1980s and I FINALLY DID IT.

It's weird how I'm actually kind of goal-oriented at times. When I vanquished the final alien in Sector 29 I only rejoiced for a few seconds before this little voice in my head went, "NEW GOAL. SECTOR 40."

I did a couple of those crazy moves where you somehow save yourself from certain death in tonight's game that made me realize that I just may be the man to wear the title of "Beamrider World Champion."

EDIT: According to Twin Galaxies, there are currently no high scores recorded for this game and therefore I could be the first to set a record. Somehow, the fact that there's no outstanding score to beat cheapens it; I mean, I could set the record pretty much automatically, right? :-/
