Oooh! I found a good bit of my outfit at the mall this afternoon. That made me happy!

12-12-08: I'm pretty caught up at work! Until next week; one of my coworkers is off all week so I'll be plenty busy. Which means they probably won't mind me working overtime, which means more $$$ for jwright_71673. Yay!

Also, I had a nice, relaxing evening. Stopped at Target for a few things, then headed to the gym for about an hour. Since lonely_doll's over at Kelly's, I had dinner at Noodles while reading some Henry Rollins. Stopped and picked up a case of Miller Lite, and then shaved my head so I look exactly like the dude in my icon. Srsly. EXACTLY. :-[

Now off to watch an episode of Smallville; I've been collecting 'em as I see 'em for like $14.99. I'm so behind I just decided to start over with season one.

12-10-08: I got a call from my old college roommate Brad Bressler tonight, and talked to him for an hour or so. Good times!

12-09-08: I caught a glimpse of twilight (not Twilight) while listening to Virgin Black at the gym, and the two went perfectly with each other. (It could be argued that Virgin Black would go well with Twilight too, but whatever...)

Also, it's only the second day of eating a proper breakfast, lunch, and dinner while drinking plenty of water and no snacking at the office and I already feel about a billion times better. Like, nothing in moderation is that bad for you, but the occasional can of Pringles turns habitual practically overnight (for me, anyway).

12-08-08: Today I was happy that I had a job. Srsly. I ran into a guy I know at work and he was telling me about a bunch of our old high school friends who've recently lost their jobs. So I was busy and happy to be busy. I also got a text from Jenn confirming that we're playing in Mankato on the 20th, so that made me happy too.

12-07-08: Spent all day hanging out in our adorable apartment with lonely_doll and our fluffy little friends! Most of the time I was living by myself in St. Louis Park I wasn't at home much; like, if I wanted to read I'd go to the library or a coffee shop or something. Now I'm finally happy just being home with my sweetie. Also, we had Totino's Party Pizza for lunch and lonely_doll's awesome turkey soup for dinner, and I read about a third of my Lemmy autobiography. So that's kind of a bunch of stuff that made me happy, but whatever.
